Servicing due? No worries. With SsangYong’s New Concierge Warranty Programme, we’ll pick up your car wherever you are and deliver it back to you when it’s all done! Plus, you’ll even get a replacement SsangYong while we service your car! (Replacement vehicle during servicing/repairs.)
Concierge Warranty Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions:
- Valid for ALL models regardless of YOM.
- For OPC customers, please inform the customer to purchase an eTicket for servicing day. SA is to arrange for a early pick up and aim to deliver the car by the end of the day (unless major repair, case-by-case basis)
- Concierge service is valid for all new SsangYong models parallel to the 3 years/100,000km warranty period.
- Concierge service is transferable to new owner as long as within warranty terms as stated above.
- Not valid for pre-owned units registered before the commencement of the Concierge Programme.
